-I worked briefly as a technician for the Baltimore Humane Society in Reisterstown, MD; I have experience feeding, walking, handling dogs of all sizes, and ability to administer some medications -I've done long and short-term house sitting and pet-sitting, and I'm a responsible caretaker of pets and property (my testimonials come from independent pet-sitting clients) -I love working with animals and will give your pets the attention they need, while also maintaining the routines and discipline they are used to -My weekdays are flexible, with some holiday availability as well (with advance notice) -I'm a freelance worker, which means your pets enjoy attention throughout the day and night. I have my own transportation and would love to take your social dog on a field trip to a dog park :)

Julie is a super responsible and reliable dog sitter. The first time we met Julie we were impressed with her kind demeanor toward dogs and people. She was super serious about doing everything right and paid attention to our written instructions for dog care. A friend suggested Julie as a pet-sitter two years ago, when I brought home a 4 month old retriever. I needed someone reliable and responsible to help with the crate and house training by providing mid-day "backyard breaks." Julie was perfect. She was Charlie's regular sitter for 4 months, stopping by several times each week. She sent me messages/feedback after each visit which was very useful. A bonus was the puppy pics she forwarded. I also had a 9 year old retriever; Julie had no problem handling both dogs. Her calm attitude worked well with both the excitable puppy and the reserved older dog. I was very lucky/grateful to have Julie's help during Charlie's early months, and I highly recommend her as dog caregiver.
If I imagine the most perfect pet sitter, Julie S. comes to mind. There is nothing worse than the fear of leaving my pet, knowing how helpless he is, with someone I don't know or trust. Julie shows up all of the time exactly when she says or earlier, demonstrating responsibility. When she does come, my pet jumps enthusiastically onto her lap, smiles, and seems to be saying, "Bye, take your time!" I am so reassured that my pet is cared for with love. I highly recommend Julie s. as a pet sitter.
