I've never had to leave a bad review in the last 3 years we've used rover...Julie was at our house for 2 hours and left for an emergency. Which I totally understand that emergencies come up. But she just messaged she was leaving for an emergency and left us high and dry when we were out of state for 3 days. She was very nice during the meet and greet and we wish her the best of luck. But there is another review stating she left for an emergency as well in the last 6 months, so I would just use caution is all.
