We treat your dog as our very special guest. With a variety of climate controlled downstairs rooms and access to our large, private, safe and secure garden you can be confident your dog will be properly cared for in your absence. We guarantee lots of fuss, cuddles, play and love in a clean, comfortable, welcoming, and smoke-free family home. We are located next door to a large dog friendly park for daily walkies whatever the weather at least twice a day. We are not on a main road. I have my own dog, Poppy a border terrier cross, who welcomes new guests with open paws and a waggy tail. CCTV, burglar alarm and smoke detectors all frequently tested and working for your dogs safety. I also have internal cameras to keep a close eye on them during the night or occasionally when I have to pop out. All potential new clients are invited to a meet and greet at our home prior to any bookings being finalised for peace of mind of both owners and dogs. Please note that only friendly and socialised dogs are welcome into our home. We do accept puppies subject to meeting them. We understand the bond between you and your dog so we send regular updates whilst you are away. We provide a questionnaire for completion which acts as a useful point of reference for when your dog stays with us. I am registered with Chesterfield Borough Council for dog home boarding until December 2018 which is renewed annually for extra peace of mind. I have a first aid certificate for cats and dogs obtained June 2016 which is valid for 3 years, the certificate is available for viewing. Please note owners are to provide their dogs food and bedding.
