I am energetic and strong (if your dog is the kind to take you for walks). I regularly walk and care for my grandpa's terrier, who can be quite difficult and assertive at times. I helped to retrain him, to obey my grandpa, following the death of his primary care giver, my grandmother. My family and I owned a dog in the past; he died at 16. In his later years he was blind, deaf, and on multiple medications. I made sure paths were clearly and from the door before walks. I also made certain me took his medications (by hiding them in peanut butter) every morning. I have recently cared for a family friend's dog, while she was temporally living in a building that did not allow animals. I enjoy being around dogs of all ages and have experience providing care to a wide range of abilities.
