Pet care experience
I have spent all of my life with a pet at my side. As a child it was a GSD, then a beagle for 14 years and now with another GSD. My current baby is an absolute sweet heart and loves everyone and everything, except squirrels. We can't accept squirrels! Cats are also welcome. Pretzel pretty much steers clear of them but would love to have one around that was willing to play with her. I work from home and we are home a lot of the time, so your pet will seldom be without a human around and never truly alone with Pretzel near by. We have a large backyard but it is not fenced so outside time will be supervised and during walks. I'd be happy to let your pet become party of my family while you are away.

Julie is super attentive and caring! Not only will she give your pet the best care, but will be sure to follow any instructions or requests you may have! My cat and dog both love her and I’m always confident they’re in good hands if I need to go out of town.
Julie is a huge animal lover and is very detail oriented. I would absolutely recommend her to take care of your fur babies. I am very particular with whom I will trust my animals with and I feel totally at ease with my pets in her care.

I have a large backyard, but it is unfenced. There is still plenty of play time, but whether it is off lease or on depends on your pets training. We can be outside about every two hours for a bit of time, but if they are itching to go out, I usually accommodate. I am happy to crate, if that is your preference.

A typical day
Pretty much whatever activity the dog is used to we can do along with general fun together with Pretzel! If solo walks or solo time outside is preferred for some good one on one attention, that is certainly doable!
