My name is Julie, I have an 8 year old son and we live with my boyfriend on the bottom floor of a duplex house with a fenced in portion of our back yard for dogs. We have a young lab-pitbull mix who would be present with any other dogs I'm watching, so I can only take dogs who get along well with kids and dogs. My dog Frankie is still young and super energetic, he loves to play with other dogs but our trainer commented that he's very respectful when he can sense that another dog isn't feeling it... so after the hype dies down he isn't a problem. I'm a dog lover and I've been enjoying learning with my own dog. If I watched your dog at my house we would play inside, they're allowed anywhere in the house and on the couches, and outside we can play ball and frisbee and take walks. If you need a home visit to check up on your dog I wouldn't bring my dog. I work a night job Monday, Thursday, and Sunday 4-10pm, and during the day I am a part-time dog walker but I'm never gone for more than 5 hours at a time during the days. My son's in school most of the day but once he's off the bus or if he was home for the day he would interact with your dog as well. On the nights I work my boyfriend is home with our son so your dog wouldn't spend much time alone. I'm an energetic and responsible pet lover and we live close to our vet in Chelmsford and a 24 hour emergency vet in Westford if there was ever an emergency. About the rate... When you request a reservation, be as specific as possible about pickup and drop off times. We charge $35/night, but if you're looking for daycare with no overnights or if your overnight is going to span less than 18 hours I will adjust the rate accordingly, please let me know if you have any questions.
