Understanding the routines and unique personalities of my clients' pets is essential to me. I'm literally a note taker. Before I ever take your dog outside of their everyday environment (such as to a Cahaba Beach Dog Park trip) I want to be well acquainted with them. My goal is of course to make sure that you feel confident in my care of your baby, but beyond that, I need your pup or kitty to know and trust me as a caregiver. I take that very seriously and like to spend time bonding with each animal so that I can read their behavior. Any stranger can walk your dog or change a littler box. I want to be someone that your pet looks FORWARD to spending time with. Someone who understands them and can truly take their minds off of missing you for a while. Each dog and cat has its own very distinct personality beyond breed standards and I very much value developing the level of trust that allows that personality to shine. I am available most days of the week and weekend and am happy to stay overnight.

There are tons of great dog friendly areas all over the city that I frequently use for my own pups. While I generally stick to the areas that a pup is familiar with, I have a membership with Cahaba Beach Dog Park as well and I absolutely love taking my furry charges out to the park to romp like mad while under my supervision. This generally ensures that you come home to a tired, happy pup.
