I have been a pet parent and sitter for over 2 decades! Starting as the neighborhood's go-to sitter as a child, raising a high maintenance dog into my mid-twenties, to today-- where I co-parent a senior, special needs pup (Baxter is pictured in my profile photo 🐕).

Rest assured that I will treat your pet and your home with the utmost care. Pets will be supervised in and out of the house. I believe camping rules-- leave it better than you found it! As someone experienced in senior pet care, I understand the importance of getting your pet the medication they need on a schedule. Senior pets need gentle care and company, ans their special needs will be taken into account

I like to take notes when meeting new clients. However, it is always appreciated when clients leave a note for their pets visit. Note should include: - feeding schedule, amount and type of food per feeding - exercise preferences - any medications - emergency contact and primary vet clinic
A typical day
I consider myself an active person-- your dog will enjoy visits to the dog park, neighborhood walks, and perusing the farmers market. However, I do understand the importance of R&R! After getting tired out, your pup will get steady company and belly rubs. Favorite walks include Lake Merrit, the Rose Garden, and Redwood Regional Park
