Pet care experience
Coming from an equestrian, dog and animal background I’ve owned dogs, horses and a variety of animals all my life. I’ve cared for them from newborns to elderly and loved the challenges that it brings. I’m happy to stay in your home and continue to care for your dogs and animals as you would whether it’s giving them exercise, feeding, company and cuddles or medication or whatever is requested. I’m also happy to do light housework and gardening while staying at your home.

We were very anxious about leaving our dog but we need not have worried. Julie is clearly very experienced with animals and our dog took to her straight away. Julie followed our detailed instructions exactly, looked after and cared for our dog (including administering her medication), made sure she was happy and entertained, sent us regular updates and pictures to put our minds at rest, and left our house immaculate with a thoughtful flower arrangement, after kindly waiting until late at night for our flight to land. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Julie to look after anyone's pets and home and we will definitely be looking no further next time we are away.
I’ve known Julie and her family for a long time, she comes from a family of animal lovers, she’s a very responsible and knowledgeable person who loves caring for animals. She has cared for a variety of my pets including my pony and dogs with a range of needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, professional and responsive pet sitter. I have no doubts she would look after anyone’s home and pets the same as she does mine.
I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust our dogs with anyone else. Having known Julie for years she is a true animal lover with a vast knowledge of large and small animal care. She is reliable, punctual and trustworthy- the dogs love her!
