Hi there, my name is Julie and I promise to provide the best care possible for your beloved furry friend, treating them as if my own. I believe pets greatly enrich our lives and they deserve to be treated with the utmost care and affection. I enjoy playing with them and giving them lots of love and attention. I have many years experience taking care of a variety of animals - cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. I have walked dogs, bathed and groomed cats and dogs, and played fetch with many a furry friend. I even taught my cat how to play fetch! I love nature and being outside, so I really enjoy taking walks with dogs. Animals loves my gentle yet playful nature. I have had cats as pets my entire life and have experience taking care of them since about age 7. I currently have one cat in my home who unfortunately is scared of dogs. My ultimate dream would be to get a dog of my own someday, but in the meantime I enjoy taking care of all pets and look forward to taking care of yours! Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors I should know about. We'll go over dietary restrictions, medical needs, and everything else related to health, happiness, and safety that will help me know how best to proceed. We will also cover your pet's behavioral traits - is your dog social or prefer to keep to themselves? Are they on a strict schedule (feeding/bathroom) or is it more flexible? Are they independent or do they love to be by your side at all times? etc.
A typical day
I am a caring and gentle person with lots of energy, so I will always be happy to do playtime with your pet and make sure they are physically and mentally challenged. If your pet craves love and attention, I have lots to give! On the other hand if they are a little scared or timid, I also can be very calm and soothing. I understand it can be stressful apart from their pet parent. I will provide updates throughout the stay, and contact you with any questions that may arise.

Availability
I work 100% remote from home and have a fairly flexible schedule. I am available to do drop-ins, let your dog out during the day, and/or take on walks. I can also do overnights at your house and house-sit. In addition, if you have plants that need care, I have a green thumb and a lot of experience with tending to all sorts of plant varieties.
