We got our first dog, Reagan, 10 years ago. He is a shih tzu, and although he may be blind, he still loves to go for walks and play frisbee. He does well with other dogs but isn’t able to play with them much and would rather snuggle on our laps. We have had two dogs that had various medical conditions of the heart, eyes, ears and skin, and we are comfortable administering oral and topical medications. Our neighborhood is great for walks, and we have a large fenced in yard to play in as well. My work schedule is flexible and is close to my house, so am able to check on your friend every 2-6 hours depending on their needs. Let me know if you have any questions!
