I love animals, especially dogs, and have cared for family pets since I was a kid. Growing up my family has had Spaniels, a Golden Retriever, and currently we have a boxer named Ajax -- he is very active and loves to run around and sit on my lap despite being 70 lbs! I am an active person in my spare time and enjoy taking dogs for walks... especially in New York during the summer time. Most recently I dog-sat for a French Bulldog for 7 days. He was on medication and had strict dietary rules ... all of which are extremely important to follow, in all cases. I'd be so happy to entertain your pup for a few hours during the week! Julie loves dogs and has become the go-to sitter for our friend's french bulldog puppy. She's reliable and caring, and the puppy loves his visits with her!
Julie dogsat for me before and did an excellent job. As a person who grew up with dogs, Julie's love for animals is very obvious and she cares for them as if they are her own pets. If you didn't know Julie, you might think she has an actual brother based upon the way she talks about Ajax (her boxer), though that's just how much she cares about her fur "brudda." Julie is kind, caring, and a through-and-through dog lover. She is a loving sister to her own dog, Ajax (a boxer), and frequently returns to her parents' home in Boston to spend some time with him. Julie regularly stops strangers on the street to pet their dogs, is always smiling when a dog walks by, and routinely stops by pet stores in the city simply to give puppies a few minutes outside of their crates (which she says are much too small). She is responsible and loving and I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my pup!
