Julie and family were amazing! My little Bijuu absolutely loved her and got along very well with her dogs as well. I could see how comfortable Bijuu was with her in the meet and greet but it really showed that she really loves animals and would care very well for Bijuu during the drop off as we went through a checklist of things for Bijuu. Throughout my trip to Europe, we were kept up to date with pictures and how Bijuu was faring. All our emails and texts were answered very promptly. I would wholeheartedly recommend and will also book another stay for Bijuu in the future when our travels abroad don't allow for her to join us.

Julie is very friendly and accommodating. I would text her to check how my dog is doing and she'll reply right away. My dog seemed happy when I picked him up. Her family love dogs. In fact, they have their own. It was great for my dog since he loves playing with other dogs. I will never take him to a pet hotel again. Thanks Julie and family!
