Pet care experience
Since my dog of 10 years past away, I started fostering dogs. I foster adult dogs, puppies and watch my friends dogs when out of town. I’m intuitive to medical needs and provide medicine if needed. I walk every day when I get off work and enjoy taking dogs with me for company. Fortunately, we are in full control of the food and exercise our fur babies get, to stay healthy physically and emotionally. I want to help provide your pet with some stress free love!

Julie was amazing! Tito my Golden Retriever, loved his time there. He can get anxious in new environments but didn’t seem to at all here. Got to play with a friend too who was so cute. The videos and pictures helped this dad get through the separation. Highly recommend!
Julie was incredible!! She made me feel so at ease with leaving my two pups in her care over a long weekend. I got numerous pictures and videos without having to ask. You can tell she loves animals and treats every dog that she cares for as her own. Would highly recommend her to anyone!!

All pets are allowed on the furniture but unfortunately, not our bed. We just don’t have enough space. We have an outdoor shed in the back that we have converted to additional hang space. This allows the dogs to run in and out while we watch movies, play darts and/or ping pong, etc. we have a fully fenced in yard, where the front and back yards can be separated. We are currently fostering to adopt and will have a young puppy in the home. We will try out best to keep them separated if your doggo is not interested in the playfulness of a puppy.

Let me know if you want me to use a special leash/collar, administer Oral medications and any other additional needs your dog may need. If your dog has a favorite thing (fetch, belly rubs, etc.) let me know so I can give a little extra of that.
A typical day
My boyfriend and I love hiking, sailing and anything outdoors so the pups come with! We go for a walk every day after work with our foster dog and play around in the yard. On hot days we get the kiddy pool out for some extra fun in the sun.

Availability
I’m a registered dietitian full time, and find myself focusing a lot on the health of our animals since they have similar medical issues. With that being said, my boyfriend and I are gone from 8:30-1:30 Monday through Friday, so your pup will need to be able to stay at home by themselves for ~5 hours if requesting needs during the week.
