If you're looking for a safe and loving place to keep your dog while you're away, I have the perfect home away from home. Your pet will be part of my family during their stay with lots of attention, affection, exercise and potty breaks. I can keep one, potty-trained dog at a time at my home. I work from home most days so there's usually someone home for entertainment. I like to do a meet and greet beforehand to ensure that my home, my young Aussie, Westley, and I are a great fit for you and your dog. I've grown up with pets all my life, have dog sat for many years, served on the Foothills Animal Shelter Board for 7 years and have many, happy referrals to share.

Julie was amazing with Lexi. She sent photos and updates every day while we were away, which set our minds at ease when we were out of town. Our pup didn't want to leave when we came to pick her up! Highly recommend.

Julie took great care of our dog Ava while we were out of town! She took her on walks, to the dog park and sent us photo updates along the way. Ava was comfortable there and seemed to really enjoy her time with Julie. We would definitely like to have Julie watch Ava again!

I have not met a dog I didn't enjoy. Every one is different and wonderful. I do live in a newly re-carpeted home so I do ask that doggie guests are potty trained.
A typical day
My home backs up to open space, with a park just up the hill and a dog park and the Clear Creek walking path the other way down the hill. Depending on how much exercise your pet needs, I am often out hiking, walking or running or can do trips to a nearby dog park for fun games of ball or frisbee.
