If you’re like I am, leaving your fur babies can be stressful. Can they make it alone for 8 hours without an accident? Will they be depressed when I go on vacation for a week without them? Who can I find to watch them that will put my mind at ease? How do I ensure they will be safe? I am a mom to two live-in dogs, yet I mother every animal I come in contact with. From toy yorkies and chihuahuas to dobermans and Great Danes, your furry family member will find great comfort and joy visiting with me! I currently have a mature female American pit bull terrier and a senior standard dachshund living as my spoiled babies. Over the years, I have had a Great Dane mix, mini dachshunds, chihuahua, Doberman, Rottweiler, and other “Heinz 57” dogs. My expertise is with canines, but I can also check in on other furry friends. I’ve cared for and lived with cats, birds, bunnies, guineas, hamsters, too many animals to list!! Ever since I became a dog mom 26 years ago, I also became the one who advocated NOT to use a cold, antisocial caged up boarding method. Bring your pets to me! Or better yet, I can come to them. No one knows this feeling better than I: RELIEF that my sweet girl and baby boy are going to be in good hands when I leave them. Sometimes that feeling truly is hard to find when it comes to my dogs. If it’s not the dogs I’m worried about, it’s the question on whether the family member I leave them with will be ok with all it takes to make my pups comfortable. Worry no more.
