When I was growing up, a dog was always part of the family. When I was in my early 20's, I started showing my standard poodle.We started off with small local shows as a hobby and progressed to championship shows and eventually Crufts. My little family grew to include a miniature poodle, but she was a bit of a 'tom-boy' and didn't take to being groomed, so she became a spectator and tagged along enjoying the social life. I now have a little white Lhasa apso (Maisie), she is 14 yrs old and enjoys the company of other dogs. Maisie is happy to have friends for sleep-overs and rest assured all guests are pampered equally. Maisie can offer all her guests a fully fenced safe garden, a warm home and will even share her toys. Maisie lives in a three bedroom house with her human family and offers her guests full run of the house. Maisie often goes to the beach and has the choice of several local parks for entertaining friends.
