There is comfort in routine! At your meet and greet we make a special attempt to get to know you and your dog. From learning their daily routines, favorite activities, dietary needs, special accommodations and more. We make every attempt to learn and maintain a routine for your dog while they are with us. We respect your home rules and will enforce those while your dog stays with us (like no couch privileges, feeding schedule, potty schedules and more). From young puppies who need to learn good potty habits and good manners, to older dogs who cannot manage the stairs and need a calm quiet place to relax. We can do it. Just tell us what your dog needs, we are more than happy to accommodate them. The more we learn about your dog at their meet and greet the better they will be set them up for a successful happy stay with us. Please bring your dogs bed or blanket with you, or anything else that your dog finds special and comforting. Dogs DO use their items from home! Are they spayed/ neutered? What do they eat and when? Allergies/ special diets? Picky eater? eats anything in sight? Where do they sleep at night? Please bring a bed or blanket with you. Dogs DO use their items from home! Where do they stay when you are not at home? are they destructive or eat things they shouldn't? What is your dogs favorite activity? What training cues does your dog know? Are you working on teaching them something new? Anything else you would like to share is welcome too! I have worked with a Pit Bull rescue since 2008. Although I love ALL breeds, i have a special place in my heart for Pit Bulls, Cattle Dogs and Mastiffs!

Your dogs stay will be full of fun activities! From Group dog play in our large fenced in yards (or in the house too), Tug games, play retrieve and snuggle time on the couch. We will also take walks around the neighborhood to make sure each and every dog gets the one on one attention they so deserve. During the course of each day we will spend one on one time with each dog doing their favorite activity. Each dog is an individual and should be treated as such. Some dogs just want to snuggle on the couch, while others enjoy a rousing game of tug, and yet another prefers a walk. We start each and every day off with snuggle time, and end each and every day with snuggle time. Nap time is a quiet time of day mid day. A brief period for every one to relax with a good bone to chew. Dogs are separated from each other at night, any time we have to be away from the home (those pesky appointments or errands!) and at meal times for their safety. We make every attempt to exercise the dogs very well before and after we might have to be away from home and are rarely gone more than 2 hours at a time. Steve is often home with the dogs if i have to be away, works out great for the dogs, not so much for us! We do have another wonderful professional pet sitter to fill in in emergencies, who we trust completely with our dogs and our home.
