I am a certified veterinary nurse currently working at the Colorado State University Teaching Hospital. I am experienced at administering medications; oral, topical or injectable. I have worked extensively with dogs that have orthopedic disease, diabetes, opthalmic issues, etc. Over the past 10 years I have worked extensively with dogs in either a behavioral or health setting. I have two beloved cats at home that unfortunately will not tolerate a canine member addition to the family so I relish spending time with dogs while pet sitting. I get an immense amount of joy and fulfillment from taking care of our furry friends; it's why I chose the career if veterinary nurse.
