Pet care experience
I love ALL dogs, and dogs love me! I'm the person anyone who knows me comes to to ask to take care of their four legged babies and I LOVE to do it. I'm obsessed with dogs! My experience ranges from pet sitting and dog walking on the side, to working at boarding kennels and animal hospitals, and of course, being lucky enough to have had and loved my own dogs. My last dog, Frankie, passed away a couple years ago of old age, and I miss him every day. ♥️ I have a new dog these days, a delightfully sweet, smart, submissive and playful mixed breed named Gidget who is so easy going and genuinely loves all dogs, winning over the affections of even the toughest characters. ! If you decide to board your dog(s) with me or have me sit for them during the day she will help keep him/her happy and entertained! Entrusting me to care for your dogs is something I am consistently grateful for. We'll have such a good time! *I welcome more difficult care with medications, specialty foods, and difficult dispositions too. I have 20+ years of experience.

Julianne was the perfect dog sitter for Bodey my french bulldog. She had complete attention to detail when it came to my dogs needs in terms of medication, daily habits, playing, and nurturing. She always gave me updates with photos. I felt so at ease being away knowing that Bodey was in good hands.
I have known Julianne for several years and I learned very early on that she was an avid dog lover. Not only does Julianne love dogs but she also has experience working with dogs in various settings and is more than capable of working with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. She sees the good in all dogs and she amazes me how she is always able to connect with dogs! Julianne would be, without question, my absolute first choice for someone to look after my own dog. She is fun, trustworthy, responsible, and one of the hardest working people I know. She really is the best!

I have a partially fenced back yard (so would keep your pup leashed to prevent wandering) and ample dog-friendly walking neighborhoods in the immediate area. I also sometimes bring us all for a ride over to Star Farm dog park for a jaunt, or walk over to one of the nearby parks for much exciting sniffing.

Does your dog have any food allergies or restrictions? Any injuries to mind, or medication needs? How do they do in the car? Are they fearful of anything such as thunderstorms? If so, do you need me to do anything special to soothe them if they were to encounter one of their fears? Are they food aggressive? Separation anxiety? If you have any expectations or hopes, please let me know! Basically - anything you do at home to care for your pet is what I will do my best to mimic. No list of quirks is too long!
A typical day
I love to go to Red Rocks to walk the trails, or down by the waterfront. When at your home or mine, I am happy to also walk around the sidewalks or trails nearby. At home I love cuddling and playing, and if it's okay by you, and your dog is food-motivated, I love to teach tricks and reinforce good behavior. Gidget has TONS of toys she doesn't mind sharing too.

Availability
I work from home full time in my apartment that I love in the Old North End. I have ample time during the day to play, go for walks, and get to the dog park if that is something you'd like for me to do with your pup(s). I have a part time job 1-2 evenings per week where go to work in a nearby office for about 3 hours and am home by 9pm; it can be flexible so if those evenings conflict with your dog's stay we can work around this if that is at all a concern.
