I hesitated to leave this review because all of Juliana’s previous reviews have been positive. We boarded our pup for one night. I reached out after we dropped him off to see how he was doing as it was his first time with this sitter. No response all evening, which at the time I figured she was busy and our pup was probably getting ready for bed. I message around 9AM the next morning and received no reply. I followed up that afternoon and she finally responded and said she would send photos, which we didn’t get for several hours. When we picked up my dog, he was sticky. Not only that, she said her dog had gotten into the bag we left and ate all of our dog’s calming bites. Not a big deal but that was a lot of calming bites for one dog to ingest. Additionally, we had left ample treats for our dog which were all gone. These treats should have been more than enough for a week for one dog. In the past, our dog sitters have always returned the treats we bring, so either she gave our dog all the treats (which would concern me) or she kept them for her own/other pets. I don’t have a problem with treat sharing (as all pups should be loved and cared for) but she didn’t even acknowledge what happened to the treats. I would not go back and would not recommend this sitter.
