I grew up in a Mississippi home with four dogs, two cats, two parakeets, one python, and rode horses on the weekends. I am an all-around pet person and easily fall in love with every animal's individual personalities and quirks. I can't wait to get to know your pet! I have a lifetime of experience caring for animals of my own, as well as being the go-to caretaker for friends and family when they are in need of a pet sitter. As I do not have any pets at this current moment in time, I am extra eager to provide love and attention to your little family member! I am punctual and pay great attention to detail to make sure that both you and your pet have the greatest experience possible with me. If there are any special needs for me to tend to, please let me know! I have experience caring for elderly, injured, and particularly picky pets. I have a completely open schedule at the moment and am dedicating it to pet sitting full-time. I am available for walks, drop-ins, boarding, and overnight stays. I offer overnight boarding for small pets in the Fishtown/Kensington area. I live in a one-bedroom apartment, but have plenty of room for a crate or pet bed! It is a clean, child-free and smoke-free home within walking distance of several parks. I know that separation is stressful for both pets and their owners. I try to adhere to each pet's individual regular schedules as closely as possible to minimize disruption and make them happy and comfortable! For this reason, I request that if there is a regular time for walks, meals, or treats, please let me know! I will keep you updated on how they are doing and also send photos while your pet is in my care.
