Julia was booked to watch my cats when an unforseeable personal emergency occurred. I felt that Julia, who had seriously injured herself, did everything she could and was more helpful than Rover emergency services at finding a solution for taking care of my cats. She even, with my permission, arranged for her parents to help. She did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable. I was extremely distraught, and she was patient and understanding. I felt like she went above and beyond, and can clearly work through difficult circumstances over the phone during a crisis.

Julia has been amazing! We have used her twice now and are very pleased at how well she takes care of all of our animals. She gives us multiple updates and pictures of the animals throughout our trip as well as does some light housecleaning. The house looks great when we get home! She is great with our 2 dogs and cat and I will definitely use her again in the future.
