Pet care experience
I have had two cats for 12 years which is where my experience has come from. This ranges from litter boxes, play time, vet visits, and working with the animal to ensure they feel safe and cared for. I had two dogs growing up, and know the bare bone basics. I’m always open to learning and I do so quickly. With all the pets I’ve had throughout my life, I know how much of a family member they are. I will do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, and the human feels at ease.

Julia is fantastic with all animals! She may be one of the most devoted cat mothers I’ve ever met. She has a deep love and passion for animals and you can see that when she interacts with them. I believe pets are family members, and I treat them with love, respect, and care like they are my own. I care about their stress levels, if they trust me, and keeping that trust. It’s fun to watch their personalities show, but also respect their boundaries. I’m not shy with cleaning up messes, taking initiatives, and keeping lines of communication open. I love receiving pictures from pet sitters to see how happy and cared for my fur babies are and will be sure to return the favor to other pet parents.

I’d like to be made aware of quirks the pet has that I can expect. If there are known boundaries the pet has with anyone that needs to be respected. Or if a pet has separation anxiety that may make them feel sick or not like themselves. I want to make sure that I make things as comfortable and smooth as possible for everyone.
A typical day
We can find local parks to play fetch in, go for walks around the neighborhood, and take in the outdoors. If the parent is open to it, I’m open to traveling with the pet to local hiking trails for more adventure!

Availability
My full time gig is 7am-3pm M-F. During the week services will be completed after 3pm. Weekends I have an open schedule and my times are more flexible.
