Pet care experience
I absolutely love animals, and have been an offline pet sitter for years. I am really active and love taking dogs out on adventures. I'm experienced with medications and other special care needs, and love to travel and provide long-term housesitting services. It's important to me to have great relationships with pet-owners, and always provide open communication and lots of pet updates!

Julia is a highly responsible, caring, and mindful pet-sitter who you can trust with your animals and your home. She has looked after both my dogs, including when one was a boisterous puppy, for extended periods of time (multiple weeks) and I felt confident and reassured with her being with and loving them. My two dogs always enjoy seeing her and treat her like family now. Definitely recommend, this is someone you can trust.
I have no hesitation recommending Julia as a loving pet caregiver. Julia took the time to meet with me and Audrey (our lab) which I appreciated and Audrey took to her right away. We were planning on being away for two weeks so we wanted someone who would be able to stay at our place causing the least amount of stress for Audrey. Julia does her best to continue with the "training" and commands we use and she has a very calm presence which is definitely good for Audrey. Julia loved being with Audrey and it was obvious that Audrey loved spending time with Julia. We will definitely use her again whenever the opportunity arises. :)

Let me know if your dog has any special considerations. I am sensitive towards dogs who pull hard on their leashes so please let me know if this is a concern and if there are any training techniques you would like me to uphold while out for a walk. It's important to me to take excellent care of your pet and maintain consistency with their commands.
A typical day
I'm a very active person and love taking dogs on adventures! I have a truck and we can go for epic hikes, or just take it easy around the neighbourhood. I love playing catch or throwing frisbees for the super high energy pups.

I am self employed and work online, and have a lot of flexibility to provide care. It's great to break up my day with walks outside, and I am also available for long term housesitting services.
