Julia is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I will definitely use her again, every time I need my dog watched. Julia truly cares about the animals that she watches and she is EXCITED to have them. She is always there to play with them and give them the attention that they need and deserve. She doesn't just take care of them so that they have food, water, and occasional monitoring. She devotes time and energy into play, social stimulation, and making sure your animal feels welcome and safe. *side story* my dog whines when he gets excited and when we pulled onto the road that she lives on (the second time Julia watched him) to bring him there he started wagging his tail and whining. As soon as I opened the door of the car he ran right to her front door wagging his tail. It was at this point that it was clear to me that my dog remembered her, was happy, and looked forward to being able to spend time with her while I was away. Julia constantly sends updates, is responsive, and sends pictures of your animal to you while you are away. She does not neglect or ignore messages, and is always available to answer questions. She has been super flexible and accommodating with last minute changes. In conclusion, VERY highly recommend Julia.
