My experience with dogs and cats is very long and extensive. I’ve been a dog owner my whole life, and have been around all sorts of other animals—like cats, horses, birds, and others—as well. But my journey doesn’t end there! I have a years worth of experience working for a doggy day care center, so I have lots of experience taking care of pups in a whole host of situations. From high energy pups, to calm senior dogs I can handle anything you need. I have medical experience with pups, so I’m happy to assist with medication administration. I’ve also been a foster parent to pups, which was always a great and rewarding experience. I have animals of my own now too, so your pooch will have plenty of friends to hang out with! I have been doing Rover for over 4 years now on and off. One of the best things about me as a sitter is that I have a very flexible schedule as this is a full time job for me usually, or I work from home at times. I’m happy to work around unorthodox schedules and will make sure that your pup is my number one priority. My husband Jordan, is also on Rover and is also around part time, so one of us is always home with the pups! You get two animal lovers for the price of one 😊 I live in a spacious townhome with plenty of playing space, toys, and an almost always empty dog park to let some steam out. I will also send plenty of awesome pictures while you are away! A little disclaimer, I do have a 5 month old baby and if you are booking for me to house sit, you and your animals will need to be okay with my baby accompanying me! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.
