Hello! Thank you for choosing Ronald and I on Rover! We appreciate and value your service with us. Ronald and I understand how nerve-racking it can be to leave your fur babies with someone you don't know or trust, but you can stay rest assured that your pup will be in good hands, well-taken care of and we will do everything in our power to make sure that your fur-baby is as comfortable as possible, just like if they were back at home. As making your fur-baby as comfortable as possible, Ronald and I ask that when your pup is in care, may you please provide us with your own crate, their own bed if they have one (if they don't have beds, toys or any treats, Ronald and I will provide that) or anything in general that makes your pup super happy. Our goal and motto is to always make sure our clients are comfortable just like if they were back at home and to make sure they're happy as well. Ronald and I live in the Altadena area by Eaton Canyon, we both enjoy taking dogs to the waterfalls of Eaton Canyon and taking them to Victory Park down the street from our home. We don't have much of a big front yard for dogs to run around to play, that's why we take them to Eaton Cayon or Victory Park for their long walks. Ronald and I ensure that every dog has the proper need for daily exercise because a tired pup is a happy pup! Both, Ronald and I have about 6-7 years of animal experience, not just dogs, but cats too. As to which, we both had our own pups before and we will both continue to have animals in our lives. We are both very huge animal lovers and we enjoy nothing more than to be around animals, they make us happy and it is our pleasure to have them in our care. For availability, I, Julia work a full-time job 5 days a week with having two days off. Ronald, however, is the one who is home all the time and will always be around. When it comes to our service, no dogs will be left alone because we understand that dogs and cats get separation anxiety just like us humans so of course your pup will not be left alone. On my days off, I will be there too to be in care for your pup, but when I am working, Ronald will be there for your service. Ronald and I are available all the time, but we will both let you know when we are not.
