Pet care experience
I grew up with two dogs and helped take care of them everyday! I have experience walking, feeding, playing with, bathing, taking to the vet or a puppy class.. Pretty much everything that is involved with caring for a dog. Most recently, my parents were away for a long weekend so I took care of their current dog, an Irish terrier at their place. I have experience caring for puppies as well as dogs that are in their older age.

Julia has grown up with dogs her entire life. Our dog Winnie is excited whenever she gets to spend time with her. Julia has lot's of energy and loves to play and take her for walks/runs. Your dog will enjoy Julia as much as she will enjoy caring for your valued pet.

I am able to come by your house and care for your dog just as you would! I will want to learn about your pups daily routine, so when I’m taking care of him or her, they are comfortable and it’s not a big adjustment having a new face around. I think it’s really important to have positive energy when you’re around a pet. I want them to feel happy and excited to spend time with me.

Let me know if your do has special needs ahead of time. I am comfortable administering medicine and will provide extra care for older dogs. If your dog only likes minimal amount of exercice that is good to know as well!
A typical day
I was a collegiate rower and the University of Wisconsin and love being active. I love going for walks on The Strand path or the trail that runs through Manhattan and Hermosa

Availability
I work from home so have flexibility to come over throughout the day when I do not have calls. I work on central time, so I’m usually up early and have no problem coming over to let your dog out in the morning or take them on a morning walk. I usually have time at lunch for a break to stop by again. And then after work in the late afternoon as well
