Hello, my name is Andy Weems and I live in Inwood, Upper Manhattan. Julia Ogilvie lives in the same building as I do. I have a miniature dachshund named Virgil. He is a great dog but requires a lot of attention (he's old and high strung). I have hired Julia to walk him and check on him on many occasions when my work takes me away for either the whole day or overnights. She is always dependable, responsible and very cheerful towards Virgil. He loves her. I recommend her very highly to be a dog walker, as she is very reliable, and she has a great way with dogs.
