Rebel seemed very comfortable cuddling in bed with Julia while we traveled out of the country! We received a lot of photos, which made me very happy. Julia was very flexible in staying a little longer, since our return flight was delayed by 8 hours!!! Also, our house was neat and clean when we returned home. We will be sure to have her stay again!

Julia rescheduled our original meet and greet time, and then ghosted me after not showing up to the new meet and greet time that we agreed on. This forced me to find another pet sitter right before I was flying out for the holidays. Because she ghosted me, I was forced to submit a cancellation from my end. She strung me along long enough to have my cancellation be 3 days before the booking start date, which meant by default she would keep 20% of my booking cost. It felt like she was purposely scamming me for that money, and I had to fight with Rover support to get that 20% refunded back to me.
