Pet care experience
I've been a previous pet owner for 13 years and I have experience caring for friends' and neighbors dogs as well. I have a real passion for all animals and a lot of free time to spend with them. I'm currently a nursing student enrolled in school full time. I pride myself on being organized and responsible. I'm very active and willing to walk or even run with dogs. I own a car so I'm able to let dogs out whenever they need or simply come over and spend time with them. I'm available most weekdays and oftentimes on the weekend for drop-ins and walks.

Julia provided reliable care for our 2 cats while we were away. She let us know daily each time she stopped, and sent us pictures for peace of mind.

I prefer seeing a clients house and how the dogs go about their days before coming over for walks and drop-ins. Any preferences the owners have, I am more than happy to honor while caring for their dogs. I like to learn any rules beforehand but I am also a very easy going and loving pet owner!

I like to know a dogs temperament and anything they like or dislike before coming to a new dogs house. I’m great with animals so I can usually adjust without too much info beforehand, but it’s nice to know things the owner deems is important for their dogs care.
A typical day
I always like to play games with the dogs I watch, take them on walks, and work on any tricks they may like to do or need to be taught. I love to walk in the metro parks and don’t mind having pups in my car. Neighborhoods are also preferable for longer walks.

Availability
I am currently in my third semester of nursing school with clinical rotations on Mondays and Tuesdays which are subject to change in the next few weeks/months. I don’t have another full time job so I’m looking to spend some time helping others out with their pets while I finish school.
