Pet care experience
My entire family and I are dog lovers! We have our own dog, Dixie, who is a 22 lb. female mutt. I enjoy talking to dogs and giving them lots of love. But I'm not exclusively providing care for dogs...I do enjoy working with cats as well! I live in northern Davis county and am willing to extend to Weber county and southern Davis county, if the distance is reasonable. I am willing to travel farther than stated on my profile, providing extra is charged for rising gas prices. My husband is retired military, so I do have base access and can provide care for those who live on base. Please list all the animals you want me to give care for, regardless of the price. I usually customize prices that owners can be happy with.

My wife and I went out of town for a little over a week and based on the good reviews we contacted Julia to take care of our 4 cats and fish. Julia did not disappoint. She was very responsible and we appreciate everything she did to make sure our pets were well cared for while we were away. We needed her to come in daily for three meal visits and Julia showed up on time, fed our pets, cleaned up after them, and sent us a daily report with pictures. She also sent some fun videos of our cats enjoying some play time. We would not hesitate to choose Julia again and we will 100% be reaching out to her for our next trip.

While I'm visiting dogs, I spend time with them beyond the basic care. I spend time petting them and talking to them. If they enjoy playing ball, I will also spend time with them doing that. When walking dogs, I will walk them for the time you specify and make sure to clean up after them. For all types of services, I always check their water before leaving, bring in any packages or mail that has been delivered, and make doubly sure all doors are secure.

A typical day
Walks would be in the neighborhood of your house, unless there aren't suitable sidewalks or heavy traffic. I'm willing to transport your dog to a nearby park, if requested.
