Pet care experience
I am currently an Animal Science Major with a concentration in Companion Animals. I am a certified veterinary assistant and have worked in a veterinary setting caring for all kinds of animals like dogs, cats, horses, and guinea pigs. I have been entrusted to take care of dogs and horses while owners were away. I have ridden horses on-and-off and don't mind work of keeping a horse's stall clean.

Julia did a wonderful job watching my two fur babies!!
Julia is amazing! She has watched our dogs twice and we have never worried once awhile away. She is so good with understanding our dogs different personalities and is very observant. She takes the time to spend time with them outside and generally cares so much for them. She is amazing at giving updates along with sending pictures. You should definitely book with Julia!!!
Julia is a wonderful sitter! She gave us plenty of photos and a video throughout our time away, and we appreciated it so very much!! She's so great, we will always check to see if she's available for all future stays! Thank you Julia!
Julia was awesome! She is clearly an animal person—our pup (who sometimes is nervous around new people) immediately loved her. She was SUPER communicative, left the house extremely clean, and went above and beyond her duties (including bringing her own treats for our doggo and picking up dog poop from our yard without being asked!). We will absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to others.

A typical day
One of my favorite things to do is to go exploring. Whether through the neighborhood or to a park. For high-energy dogs who like to play ball, I will sometimes scope out an empty fenced-in baseball field at a park to let them run. I also love to go hiking and have taken a pet i was caring for.
