I've always had a passion for working with animals. I am mostly experienced dogs and cats, and I love doing what I do. I also have experience with turtles, guinea pigs, and birds. I provide the best pet-care I can give to make sure my customers are happy and healthy. I may also provide grooming services for dogs and cats if needed. Soon, Rover will add their grooming services to our location! :) I have been grooming pups since 2011, and cats since 2017. I was employed with Petco promoted all the way to pet pro stylist, cat groomer, and manager of the salon. After 6 years, I decided to branch out on my own and continue with Rover. Why I love dog sitting I have been an animal lover my whole life and I realized when I was 3 years old and got my first puppy. We grew up being best friends. I had other friends come into the family mostly from my Grandmother. She had 4 labs and two shitzus. All 6 of those have now passed away, but I knew there would be more to come down the generation. She now has a puppy shiztsu/York is named Toby :) My brother in law used to own a red nose pit bull who was the sweetest but he was taken from us. Years down the road I took care of a deployed soldier's dogs. He had a bernese mountain dog, a lab, and 4 malteses. I owned an australian shepard and a pit bull puppy adopted from people that forgot and didn't want them :\ .That soldiers wife moved out and took her 4 malteses with her, leaving me with the last four dogs, and boy were we still one big happy family lol. I currently am a mother of one pekeapoo, one blue cat, and two turtles. All adopted from being left behind, not wanted for pregnancy, and just not wanted. I love being an adopter. They're all just wonderful. My experience administering medication: I am comfortable administering medication that I am familiar with or that I can be instructed with. I have provided mostly oral medicine as well as insulin shots for a cat.
