Hello! I have been surrounded by various dogs as well as cats my entire life and have always been an avid dog lover. Unfortunately, I cannot own a pup in my townhome but I'm excited to take the chance and take care of dogs of my neighbors and earn some extra funds as I pursue my master's degree! I'm very active and would really enjoy long walks as well as jogs if that's something your pup is interested in. My method in approaching dogs is compassionate yet direct and it is always of most importance our dogs are taken care of and are safe, both in their homes and in public. I've had experience with large dogs that pull often on their leashes, barkers and nippers as well. I enjoy working with all types of breeds and would also be willing to brush, feed, and wash as well! As a personal story, I have experienced providing special care to my German Shepherd who had a genetic disorder known as a mega-esophagus. This condition hampered the ways in which she was able to consume food/drink water and the type of food she was able to eat. With this being said, I am incredibly careful and cognizant of dogs that may need special care or attention to detail of their diets.
