I LOVE LOVE LOVE dogs- I've always been the type of person to greet a dog before their owner! I walk dogs at the local animal shelter and I've been pet sitting for years. Through my experience volunteering and pet sitting, I've been exposed to a variety of dogs with different breeds, sizes, ages, and ability levels. I'm comfortable administering medication, I have experience with special needs dogs, and I have also worked with behaviorally challenged dogs. I love all breeds (though I have an affinity for pit bulls.), and I am also comfortable with other species of animals.
