I have nothing but good things to say about Julia, who walked my dog 3+ times per week for approximately four months; I would have continued indefinitely had I not moved out-of-state. Julia is everything you want in somebody who will be caring for your pet: she’s patient, she’s calm, she’s highly communicative, she’s adaptable, and she really just loves animals. My dog is a recent adult rescue - so she’s not well socialized (with other dogs or humans), doesn’t have much leash experience, and is pretty skittish. From the get-go Julia was unbelievably patient in building trust with my dog, who eventually went from barking every time Julia showed up to prancing with excitement when Julia walked in the door. Julia is very conscientious about following Rover’s rules around 30-minute walks, but I love that over time she spent less time marching my dog (who was clearly miserable outside, especially in the heat - quite frankly she’s loathe to go outside under most circumstances) in circles and more time giving my dog love and attention on the couch in my apartment. This is 100% what my dog wanted and needed, and I doubt most dog walkers would’ve adapted in such a way. On the rare occasion that Julia was running late she would text me updates on her whereabouts, and she never missed a walk. I had utter and complete trust in Julia coming and going from my apartment, and in the level of care and attention she provided my dog. I can’t recommend her enough!

She did a wonderful job watching our doggy Oswald! She’s very sweet, gentle and took great care of him.
