Small Dogs &/or Cats Need Sitting?
Pet care experience
I have taken care of Cats, Dogs, and Horses from the age of 11-current(32). I'm a the go-to family member/friend for any and all pet/house sitting needs.(This excludes lawnmowing or grand snow removal tasks.) Animals have been a passion of mine as long as I can remember. Their health and happiness is top priority. As I have over 5 years experience managing diabetes for my cat Dasher(who has now passed due to cancer). He had to get his blood tested then injected twice a day with insulin. Feel free to ask about this, as I am more than happy to provide this service.
Reviews
Julia has always had a connection with animals, especially cats. In fact, she had a beloved cat named Dasher who developed diabetes as well as other health conditions. His care included glucose testing, insulin injections, and curve testing sessions. She had no issues with giving Dasher the care that he needed to enjoy his best possible life. Julia also has experience taking care of horses, including feeding, grooming, and stall cleaning. Julia has been a dog sitter for friends and family for many years. Animals have always been an important part of Julia's life
I have known Julia for over 30 years and she is extremely compassionate, dependable, honest, and a conscientious pet owner. She cares for other people's pets as she would her own. She has owned and cared for horses, dogs and many cats. I have observed the dedication, loyalty, and sensitivity that she has for animals and she genuinely gets the greatest of joy when caring for them. She truly cares about animals and their wellbeing. I trust her to come in my home and care for my animals and I highly recommend her as a pet caregiver.

Skills
Safety, trust & environment
Taking care of an animal is half knowing yourself/your limits and half knowing the animal itself. Whether that be by knowing their body language, psychology, habits, etc. AKA being prepared. However, another large part of taking care of animals is knowing what type of energy you are brining to the table. Animals respond well genuine love/care and that is what I will bring to every encounter with a new furry friend.
Information Julia F. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if there are any special needs or behavioral items I should look out for. As well as, if treats are permitted whenever or if they have an allotted amount per day. I am open to helping out with any small-medium size dog/s.
A typical day
Dogs Typical Day: I'll great them with pets and a fun energy. Then we'll get to know each other by playing with their favorite toy/s. Then its off to go explore the neighborhood or near by park to smell all the lovely smells we can. Then of course a treat and all the pets/scratches they want. Dinner will be served. Then to round the day off more pets and maybe some more time with their favorite toy too. Potty Breaks: As frequent as required and if permitted give them a treat afterwards for being such a good boy/girl. Cats Typical Day: I will great them with soft slow blinks. Then we will get to know each other by treats and playing with their favorite toy/s. Then after their naptime, we'll play some more. I'll serve dinner and give as much affection as they would like. I'd clean what needs to be cleaned and round out the day with more soft blinks and pets to my new furry friend.
