Pet care experience
I was formerly the General Manager of a dog daycare & boarding facility. I have been dog sitting since I was 13 years old and grew up with dogs my whole life. I also worked at 2 dog daycare/boarding facilities while I was in college. Because of my experience I know a lot about all dog sizes and breeds. Also, while not still up to date, I have been trained in dog First Aid and CPR. I am trustworthy, responsible, experienced and most importantly- I love animals! Personally, I know how I would want someone to take care of my dog and I would make sure to take care of yours as if it were my own. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your pets and see if we may be a good fit!

Julia was great with communication and sending cute photos and videos so I know
Julia was a great sitter for us. She watched our dogs during Hurricane Matthew and sent us photo updates of our dogs to let us know they were safe and she even sent us a video of our yard to help keep us updated on what was going on outside. We came home to a clean house and happy dogs.
Julia was so nice and easy to work with. My home and dog and cats were just fine when I got home, no worries on my work trip. She handled my dogs weariness and growls beautifully. Highly recommend.
Julia was great! She was prompt, responsive, and took great care of our two dogs, both of which have "quirks." One of my little dogs in fact has trouble sometimes with fear-aggression, and Julia adhered to our instructions of ignoring him, giving him space, allowing him to go to her on his own terms. She did great with him! Even my other dog was a little nervous at first, but warmed up quickly to Julia. I definitely plan on using Julia again to petsit my furbabies! Thanks Julia!

I have a fenced yard and a dog of my own who is crated during the day when I’m gone. Obviously if I’m sitting at your house, he would need to come with me and I would still crate him there while I was away.

I work during the week but my hours vary. Typically, I’m gone no more than 8 hours a day and am able to run home for quick potty/play breaks if needed.
