Hello, I’m Julia! I have worked at three different dog boarding/dog daycare facilities, as well as a canine rehabilitation center. I have over 4 years of experience handling dogs. I have worked with 40+ dogs (all different breeds, shapes, and sizes) at one time on my own, overlooking their activity to ensure that they play safely! It was part of my duty to keep an eye out for any unusal activity and notify the owner right away if I noticed anything. I have walked dogs in packs (up to 5 at a time) using a lead for each one. I also did a bit of light grooming, such as nail trims, bathing, blow drying, and brushing. Cleaning up after the dogs is also apart of the territory as it can be quite a messy job, so I have absolutely no problem with cleaning. I also have 3 pitbulls of my own, as well as a cat, a tortoise, and a fish tank full of fish! I am comfortable working with other animals as well, as I currently work at a facility where I handle pocket pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, snakes, bearded dragons, and more! I have decided to work with Rover as I would love to continue working with animals even on my off days. I hope to meet with you and your pet(s) soon!
