I’m new to Rover but often care for my parents’ mid-sized barbet! I love cuddles, walks, and runs. If your dog needs lots of exercise, I’m your girl :)

Julia was wonderful with our beloved family dog, Bentley, and we are grateful to have found her! He stayed with her for four nights while we were out of town. She was responsive, easy to work with, communicative, has a well-kept, neat apartment and best of all, Bentley took to her immediately. Julia was attentive to all the details we shared with her about his particular needs and habits and we knew she would take good care of him. She also clearly genuinely likes and is comfortable with dogs. We are hoping to hire Julia for his care in future if and when the need arises!
Julia is great with animals! We recently had her watch our 6 year old golden retriever for the first time and our dog warmed up to her so quickly. Julia is gentle, playful, and responsible with all kinds of animals. I’ve known her for a long time and would feel super comfortable with her staying at my house, dropping in to pick up my dog, and spending time with my pets or anyone else’s.

I have a 1 bedroom apartment, with wood and carpeted floors. Open floor plan, so plenty of space for apartment-friendly breeds! I live in Wallingford, so lots of fun side streets and residential areas to walk around!

My preference is for dogs that are pretty well trained, because I’m new on Rover. I am happy with all sizes, and with mellow or more energetic dogs.
A typical day
There’s a great park near my apartment, and lots of fun (and blooming!) residential streets to walk and jog around. I love to play fetch, and leave nearby greenlake, so if your dog is good around lots of people and other animals, we could go for a greenlake lap!

I’m a law student, currently interning so I wfh all days except Mondays. I’ll begin studying for the bar exam in May, at which point I’ll be home and on a flexible schedule all weekdays!
