Hi! My name is Julia. I am a psychology student looking for a way to spend more time with animals. Spending time with animals decreases my stress, gives me something to look forward to, and overall brightens my life. I've spent the entirety of my life caring for pets such as cats, dogs, and even reptiles! I enjoy spending time with furry friends and know what to do in case of emergencies. I love being active and outdoors and would enjoy walking a new buddy around the neighborhood or playing at a local park! I have a large heart and am great at following directions to suit your pets' needs. I like to treat animals with the same respect and love as any human. I'd love to get to know you and your special family member! My eldest cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes, so I am experienced in administering insulin injections and collecting blood samples.

Julia house sat for us for a week. It was the longest I’ve been away from my 13 yr old pup. I was not doing well in the beginning but Julia was patient with me and gave me lots of updates with pictures. I would recommend her to others and hope to use her services again.

Before meeting your dog, I think it’s important to know their age, breed, exercise level, eating habits, fears, allergies, and any medical conditions he/she may have. I do not have a breed preference.
A typical day
I love going on walking trails if your pup is up to the adventure! If they enjoy just strolling around the neighborhood, I’d love to be their buddy to relax with. I’ve been to some great places for walks such as Long’s Park, Landis Woods, and Linear Park in Lititz to name a few.

Availability
I am currently in school Monday through Friday with varying times usually ranging from 3-5 hours a day. My summer break begins the first week of May although I do have a few summer classes planned!
