"Auntie" Julia was an amazing surrogate dog mom for us over the July 4th weekend. Our big, sweet Bentley had been scheduled to go to his previous boarding service, but, because of a medical issue, we could not send him this time. We started searching on Rover for a last minute replacement, and understandably, found that most dog sitters were not available for the holiday weekend. Like a miracle, Julia appeared on our search results, and was able to rescue our long planned family vacation. Before the official hand-off, Julia worked with us to ensure our comfort and trust in leaving Bentley with her. She is professional, accommodating, and sensitive to individual needs. Julia took Bentley on walks and hikes, and sent multiple updates with photos throughout the weekend. It was incredibly reassuring to see how happy he was all weekend long. I would not hesitate for a second to request "Auntie" Julia the next time we need someone to watch Bentley!
