I absolutely love animals. I recently lost my dog, who was my best friend and I want to work for Rover because I think pet sitting is a great fit because that will allow me to have the joys of pet ownership until I’m ready to get another pup. I am very active, so your dog will have plenty of playtime when they are under my care. I only work 3 days a week and the days I’m off I’m home a majority of the day so your furry friend will never be alone for too long. I know all the pet friendly spots and being a beach lover, I would love to take your pup to the dog beach if you approve. In my free time, I love to go to the beach and hang out with friends and family. I also enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and biking. I am a very friendly and down-to-earth person who will love your dog as if they were my own. I am well organized and safety is my top priority. I will also keep you updated as often as you like so you can know how your pup is doing and, of course, I’ll send you as many pictures that you want! I live in a very quiet neighborhood in a one-story villa and I have a nicely sized fenced-in back patio. There are also plenty of grassy areas around the house where we can walk and play and there is a dog park with a swim lake nearby. My mom lives with my husband and I and we are all pet lovers! We care for your pet as a team and will treat your pet with the same respect and love that you do. I also have five years of kennel/veterinary technician experience and I am comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs. I am competent in all types of medication administration and have also worked with handicapped and special needs pets. I’m also a registered nurse who loves to cook, cuddle on the couch and watch classic movies.
