Having worked as a veterinary assistant, I have obtained experience in dealing with canine behavioral issues, nutrition, taking blood samples, training, walking, surgery assistance, taking radiographs, kennel care, administering medications, filling prescriptions, grooming, puppy care, worming, nail clipping, bathing, walking and boarding. I believe having worked in this field sets me apart from the rest- I have literally seen it all and am comfortable with all breeds and sizes of Canines. I have 2 dogs myself- a mother and my pick of her litter! They are both female Yorkshire Terriers, ages 12 and 10. My family always had Labs while I was growing up, terriers, poodle mix, pugs, etc. making it extremely difficult for me to say that I have a “favorite” breed. I just love them all!
