Hello 👋 So glad you made it here! I started as a kennel technician at a veterinary clinic right out of high school. From then on, I knew my passion was animals & received an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology. After graduating I continued my career at the same veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician. Thanks to the job & schooling- I have been able to experience animals of all kinds, sizes, & breeds! I am very familiar with taking care of dogs/ cats while their owners are away. Whether it is walking, feeding, cleaning, medications, bathing, or nail trims I’ve done it all! So I do know a thing or two about pet care! 🙂

Juel was great! Our dogs got along great, she sent pictures to keep me updated, took good care of my Maisie! Definitely use her if you have to have a dog sitter!!
Of course first booking with a stranger online to take care of your fur baby can be skeptical. But I can assure given Juel’s career background your pet is sure to be in good hands their entire stay- whether it’s short or long. She makes every pet feel at ease and treats them as her own. Juel is very reliable & skilled- if your pet has meds or special instructions she will get it done! She keeps you updated through texts and/or pictures of your furry friend. Always available on short notice too. I have confidence my dogs will be in great care when booking with Juel!

I have a decent size fenced in back yard to give your pet the exercise, fresh air, & potty breaks they deserve. If your dog prefers leash walking instead I would be happy to take them on a walk. I do have multiple crates if needed to be used. I will maintain a clean, sanitary environment at all times- bowls, crates, toys, etc. I am also Fear-Free certified & will take my time with your pet while we get to know each other. With my career background, I will observe physical conditions of your pet for any illness & contact you immediately during their stay. They will be in great care!

Before any type of booking- I would like to know the basics important things- feeding schedule, medications, etc. But also the pets preferences or what they are used to so I can follow along with their home schedule- do they like being crated at night? Do they prefer leash walk? What is their personality like- are they finicky with certain things? Let me know anything you think is important & I’ll be happy to accommodate their stay! **Will be charging fee for pick up/ drop off or drop in visits OUTSIDE of Dubois County**
A typical day
Stimulating pets by playing- whether it’s mentally or physically is the perfect way to keep them occupied while the owner is away. I have a fenced in backyard where they can run around, smell all the different smells, take walks, & I also live less than 5 minutes away from a dog park!
