Judy has helped me care for, and train my rescued dog, "Ricky" for almost 4 years now. Rick absolutely loves her, and so do I. When I rescued him from the pound I did not know that the dog I was adopting was actually used for dog fighting, and was extremely aggressive towards other dogs and people. Unfortunately by the time I had figured this out I had already grown attached to Ricky. I tried everything to break his dangerous demeanor, with no success. One day I saw judy walking multiple dogs together and struck up a conversation with her about how to help my problem child. She asked If she could try walking him, and I reluctantly agreed...Since that chance encounter, She has worked with him almost daily for about 4 year now. Slowly She began breaking Ricks aggression towards people and other animals, and the results are nothing short of amazing! She really loves animals, especially dogs, and its very evident in the way I've witnessed her interact with my dog and the dogs she walks thru the neighborhood. After seeing the way shes worked with my dog and multiple other peoples dogs, I just wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone else but her walking/watching him. If you need a dog trainer, sitter or just a dog walker, I would say to you; find someone that can not only walk/watch your beloved family member, but someone that knows how to train and reinforce good behaviours. Someone that can help your best friend reach his full potential. Judy has done all of these things & more for me, and multiple other dog owners I personally know. Im so grateful to have found such a caring, knowledgeable canine handler/walker/sitter such as her. She not only saved him from having to go back to the pound and probably being euthanized, but now he actually listens! Best of all, he unbelievably safely interacts and even plays with other dogs! Judy is as they say an "animal" person, but her love for dogs is what began when she wa a child. There has always been some type of dog in her life. All types, a huge beautiful golden retriever, an American bull dog mix, a schitzo to name a few. She was always capable of sternly but lovingly disciplining them all, size did not matter. She would be a outstanding addition to any dog business. She plans on returning to school to persue a Vet tech degree so the experience would be beneficial to both of you.
