**About me** I am self employed and work mostly from home. My work is intermittent - feast or famine. The free time I've had has allowed me the opportunity to volunteer at pet rescues/ LASPCA, and to foster several dogs. A few years ago I completed an extensive full time pet grooming training. It was my intent to become a dog groomer, but my former clients in another field sort of led me down another path. So I used my training to groom fosters, my pets, neighbors and friends' pets. For a period I was the only groomer at LASPCA. I have successfully fostered many dogs, most of whom I also house trained. Some of my friends call me the dog whisperer. I have 2 well behaved friendly Bichons, Billy and Trixie. Billy loves everyone. Trixie likes people and ignores other dogs, but she keeps to herself.
