I have always loved dogs and have owned Cocker Spaniels in the past. At present we do not own our own but enjoy looking after those belonging to friends and family. We would treat your dog as our own, providing plenty of attention, long walks, playtime and cuddles. There may be a time when the dog would be left alone for a short time. This would be agreed before booking to ensure your dog would be happy to be left. Our house has a large downstairs living area and we only allow dogs to sleep in the kitchen in their own bed. If your dog does not normally do this in their own home, we will not consider them to come and stay. This is to avoid disturbed nights and stressed anxious dogs. Please feel free to bring all their favourite toys and bedding to ensure they feel at home. We have a good size fully enclosed garden and great walks are on our doorstep. There are plenty to choose from within 10 minutes in the car or we can walk from home, if your dog is not happy in the car. I normally only board one dog at a time unless 2 dogs belong to the same family or I know the dogs and have both owner's consent. It would be preferable to meet you and your dog first to discuss the animal's daily routine.
